Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Domain Owner to lead the way in driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a clear vision and strategy with collaboration from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • SUPPORT THE BUSINESS WITH OPERATING MODEL PRINCIPLES INCLUDING KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS, GOALS AND STRATEGIC PRIORITIES
  • COORDINATE, EMPOWER, AND ENABLE THE TEAM TO DELIVER VALUE TO CUSTOMERS NEEDS AND EXCEED EXPECTATIONS, INCLUDING COMMUNICATING IMPEDIMENTS TO DELIVERY
  • BUILD A HIGHLY ENGAGED WORKFORCE THROUGH ROLE MODELLING LEADERSHIP STANDARDS AND FOSTERING THE SAME STANDARD OF LEADERSHIP ACROSS THE ORGANISATION
  • DEVELOPING TEAM COMPETENCY AND IDENTIFY/RESOLVE CAPABILITY GAPS WITHIN THE TEAM BY WORKING WITH SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS AND COACHES
  • ACCOUNTABLE FOR MANAGING SOLUTION RISKS IN THE BUSINESS WITHIN ACCEPTABLE PARAMETERS
  • ACCOUNTABLE FOR SERVICE/PRODUCT DECISIONS IN THE FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT
  • SERVES AS AN ESCALATION POINT FOR BUSINESS OWNERS SUCH AS EXECUTIVES, SENIOR LEADERS
  • PEOPLE LEADERSHIP ACCOUNTABILITIES, INCLUDING DEVELOPING STRATEGIC WORKFORCE PLANS AND DEVELOPING TEAM CAPABILITY FOR TECHNOLOGY AND A HIGHER AND MORE CONSISTENT STANDARD OF Maturity IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHER LEADERS
  • ACCOUNTABLE FOR DELIVERY, END TO END SERVICE MANAGEMENT, RISK, AND FINANCIALS FOR THE BUSINESS

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in technology implementation and operation
  • 10+ years of experience in people leadership and team management
  • Leading system integration design, engineering across multiple systems and platforms
  • Enterprise Applications and integrations - 10+ years
  • Extensive skills in people leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and technical expertise
  • Background in working for financial institutions and an understanding of regulations
