About Us

We are a leading organization seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team.

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI solutions based on business requirements.
  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to support reporting and data warehousing.
  • Build robust business logic, support testing and deployment, and follow BI development best practices.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through structured ETL processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insights.
  • Monitor and optimize performance across BI solutions and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI development practices and share knowledge within the organization.
  • Support data governance, privacy, and security compliance.
Requirements
  • You will have a background in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field, and a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • At least 3 years' experience working with Power BI, including report and data model development.
  • Strong SQL programming skills and experience with relational databases.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
