Parts Management Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts Manager to join our team. As the key figure in our parts department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including ordering, receiving stock, packing shipments, and ensuring timely completion of sales and orders.

Your primary focus will be on supporting operations, sales, and distribution for the parts department. This involves managing customer expectations regarding part pricing and availability, executing daily parts activities, such as sales, back orders, forward orders, stock transfers, and distribution.

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess excellent management and leadership abilities, along with experience in parts and/or inventory systems. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently complete tasks are also essential.

In addition to your technical expertise, you'll be expected to cultivate strong bonds with valued customers and effectively mentor and guide the Parts Team to ensure they are a successful and motivated team.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, be proficient in Office 365 and computer systems, and demonstrate a passion for customer service and a great work ethic.
