High-Performance Quality Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to join our team and drive high-performance quality engineering initiatives.
About the Role:This leadership position involves managing a team of up to 8 QA Engineers, overseeing test planning and execution for web and API applications, and ensuring the delivery of technology solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities:- Lead your team in undertaking testing activities to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
- Apply test modeling techniques and QA best practices to improve delivery teams' quality solutions.
- Drive a culture where teams own quality and work towards defect prevention.
- Ensure teams measure and track quality metrics effectively.
- Direct line management of a group of QA Engineers.
- Responsible for test planning and execution across applications.
- You must have recent experience using Playwright.
- Develop and maintain test cases and test data for functional, integration, performance, and security testing of APIs.
- Utilize and manage testing tools and frameworks such as Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, and others.
- Proven experience in an Agile working environment.
- Strong stakeholder skills and a natural ability to influence outcomes.
- Experience in integrating test automation frameworks with a CI/CD model and tools.
- Extensive testing experience with hands-on test automation experience in web and API.
