Project Officer, Patient Reported Measures

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage large-scale health system projects with a focus on digital transformation and patient-centred care.

  • Lead and manage large-scale health system projects with a focus on digital transformation and patient-centred care, particularly in the implementation of Patient Reported Measures (PRMs).
  • Collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinicians, consumers, carers, and health agencies to co-design and improve the use of outcomes and experience measures at the point of care.
  • Provide expert advice, training, and ongoing support on PRMs and digital tools, while confidently supporting decision making around systems such as the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) to ensure alignment with strategic health priorities.

Key requirements include:

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field;
  • Significant experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare setting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
