As a Clinical Team Leader Scrub Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual patient care.
You will provide a standard of care according to the individual's level of experience and education, maintaining a high-quality nursing care environment.
You will develop and utilize strategies that encourage effective communication and a positive team dynamic.
Our Hospital:
The National Capital Hospital has 8 operating theatres, including a hybrid theatre, performing high-acuity surgeries, including robotic procedures.
Selection Criteria:
Current registration with AHPRA
Post-graduate certificate in perioperative nursing (or working towards)
Minimum of 3 years anaesthetic and/or recovery experience
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality patient care
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
