Clinical Development Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Development Nurse to join our Rehabilitation and Community Services team at Canberra Health Services. As a Clinical Development Nurse, you will play a key role in coordinating education and promoting a learning culture within our organization. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate education and training programs for clinical staff
Develop and implement education strategies to promote a learning culture
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to education and training
Provide guidance and support to staff on education and training matters
Requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Experience in a clinical development or education role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
