About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and training staff to ensure they meet their responsibilities.

You will also be expected to support and uphold systems and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficiency in the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet their responsibilities.

  • Motivate and lead by example, promoting excellent customer service and teamwork among staff members.
  • Handle cash and manage stock control effectively, maintaining accurate till management and adhering to OH&S standards.
  • Manage stock control, ensuring that supplies are adequate and inventory is properly maintained.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, while maintaining high productivity.

You should also possess excellent organisational and time management abilities, enabling you to prioritise tasks efficiently and handle multiple responsibilities.

A strong ability to work well both independently and within a team is crucial for success in this role.

Additionally, you should have strong prioritisation and multitasking capabilities, allowing you to handle a high volume of tasks and responsibilities.
