Culture Kings is seeking an experienced CRM Coordinator to join its Digital Marketing team. This key role will be responsible for managing the company's CRM Flows & Campaign program to increase customer frequency and lifetime value.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple domains, channels, and touch points.

  • Briefs and executes campaign communications with attention to detail
  • Owns execution of CRM flows across multiple product domains
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points in EDMs and Landing Pages, partnering with e-commerce and development teams to lift customer value and frequency
  • Leverages SMS to complement email flows, maximizing influence on database health and engagement
  • Constantly identifies AB testing opportunities to improve CVR and CTR through copy iterations, offer iterations, and best use of products
  • Measures and reports on flow performance, referencing insights on success and areas for improvement
  • Develops, implements, and optimizes triggered/automated flows to support customer conversion, retention, referral, cross-selling, and reactivation
  • Manages relationships with vendors like Klayvio for improvements and account optimization
  • Aligns RFM measures to better align KPIs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar position within the online fashion industry
  • Experience using Klaviyo is highly desirable
  • Strong Excel skills with ability to analyze large datasets and comment on trends
  • Exposure to conversion strategy and email/SMS strategy experience
  • Ability to build strong relationships with external partners
  • High-level written and oral communication skills
  • Organized with attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Exceptional understanding of the fast fashion market
  • Ability to multitask, meet multiple deadlines, and project management skills
