Part Time Concession Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Utilize available data and reports to inform decisions for the business and customer.
  • Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding products and delivering exceptional store experiences.
  • Lead the team to achieve store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
  • Attract, engage, and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, promoting wellbeing for team members and visitors alike.
  • Build and maintain the store roster, ensuring compliance and balancing customer and team needs.
  • Understand the brand and business strategy, communicating team roles in delivering exceptional results.
  • Role model CRG values to create a collaborative, learning-oriented team experience.

  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.

  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional service.
