Culturally Safe Healthcare Specialist
The role of the Culturally Safe Healthcare Specialist involves providing support to improve primary care services in a region. The successful applicant will collaborate with healthcare staff to generate relevant information and data needed to support the improvement, coordination and integration of culturally safe primary care services.
The position will engage with regional assemblies, community-controlled health organisations, communities, and health councils to achieve outcomes regarding improving healthcare in Western NSW. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing program and administration support to improve primary care services.
- Collaborating with healthcare staff to generate information and data needed to support the improvement, coordination and integration of culturally safe primary care services.
- Engaging with regional assemblies, community-controlled health organisations, communities, and health councils.
Requirements:
