Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic Sales team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner to maximize sales and provide a fantastic experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand sales goals and plan merchandising activities accordingly.
- Address and resolve client issues directly related to NHP brand presentation in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide regular updates on Brand status within branches to sales team.
- Implement promotional activities in line with the marketing team's and regional wholesaler lead's strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff.
- Utilize CRM to build and maintain data information on customers and competitors.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in product merchandising.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with a range of customers.
- An ability to 'listen to the customer' and translate needs into business solutions.
- Focused, passionate, and willing to go above and beyond.
