Early Years Support Coordinator

Deliver high-quality support to children in an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) setting, fostering a secure and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with children during activities and outings, promoting their social, emotional, and physical development.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, adhering to nutrition guidelines and dietary requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, ensuring the well-being of children at all times.
- Develop and implement educational programs, aligning with early childhood education frameworks and standards.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or a related field, such as a diploma or degree.
- Experience working with children in an OSHC setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of child development principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, promoting effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
