Early Years Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education and Care Service professional to lead our North Carlton team.
This role will involve coordinating the leadership of Yarra's North Carlton Children's Centre and Princes Hill Kindergarten.
Main Responsibilities:- Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that promotes growth and development.
- Develop and implement award-winning organisational health and wellbeing initiatives.
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Extensive experience in the operations of education and care services.
- Strong financial and business skills.
- Able to manage time effectively, set priorities, plan and organise your own work.
- Experience in managing a large number of direct and indirect reports.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Key qualifications and experience required:
- Substantial experience (5-10 years) in managing education and care services.
- Tertiary qualification in early childhood – minimum diploma level.
- Current first aid certification in an education and care service.
- Driver's Licence.
