About the Role:The firm is looking for a proficient Employment Lawyer/Civil Litigation Attorney (3-5 Years PAE) to become a vital part of their dynamic team. In this position, you will handle complex employment law and civil litigation cases, providing expert counsel and representation to a diverse clientele. You will have the chance to manage a range of cases, from contentious workplace conflicts to intricate civil litigation, all while maintaining the firm's commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications:- Admission as a Lawyer in Queensland with a valid practicing certificate
- Substantial experience in employment law and civil litigation (3-5 Years in private practice only)
- Capability to meet billable targets and mentor junior team members

- Proficiency in managing a varied caseload with a high level of independence
