As a Performance Analyst, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality insights to support the growth of cricket among young players. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tactical and technical elements of the game, as well as experience working with performance analysis equipment.Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our female elite cricket programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Applying established performance analysis frameworks to deliver consistent and accurate insights.
  • Providing targeted performance analysis to coaches and players through match coding, statistical reporting, and video breakdowns.
  • Conducting comprehensive opposition analysis to inform team strategy and tactical planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Professional curiosity and innovative thinking.
  • Demonstrated experience working as a full-time Performance Analyst in high-performance sport for 2+ years.
  • Deep knowledge of tactical and technical elements of cricket.
  • Proven experience with management of performance analysis equipment.
