Overview

Cricket NSW is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5-12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. Responsibilities

• Apply Cricket NSW's established performance analysis frameworks to deliver consistent, accurate, and standards-aligned insights.
• Provide high-quality, targetted performance analysis to coaches and players across elite female programs, including match coding, statistical reporting, and video breakdowns.
• Conduct comprehensive opposition analysis to guide team strategy, tactical planning, and match preparation.
• Work closely with coaching staff, athletes, Head of Female Elite Cricket, SSSM and the wider analysis team to ensure analysis is integrated into planning, review, and development processes.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in sports analytics and recommend tools that can elevate Cricket NSW's performance analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Professional curiosity and innovated thinking
• Demonstrated experience working as a fulltime Performance Analyst in high performance sport for 2+ years.
• Deep knowledge of tactical and technical elements of cricket
• Proven experience with management of performance analysis equipment.
• A current drivers license and own vehicle for transportation of equipment
