Job Description

As a Digitisation Lead Origination, you will play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end performance of the mortgages business through strategic planning and collaborative execution.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in leading product and customer journey improvements, including digitisation initiatives. A bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or Commerce is required, along with 7-10+ years of mortgage product and distribution experience.

The successful candidate will be able to articulate strategy, set strategic direction, and prioritise initiatives effectively. Excellent people leadership capability, with a focus on building engaged and purpose-driven teams, is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or Commerce
  • 7-10+ years of mortgage product and distribution experience
  • Experience leading product and customer journey improvements, including digitisation initiatives
  • Ability to articulate strategy and set strategic direction
