Production Opportunity

Our goal is to create high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

We are seeking experienced Food Production Specialists to join our production team at our facility in Australia. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks and ensuring the smooth running of production while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and pack finished meals into cartons on the packing lines
  • Label cartons with correct codes and dates
  • Manage and control outgoing products
  • Rotate work in freezer (must be able to work in freezer for 1 hour per day)
  • Clean floors, walls, conveyors, machinery, and other surfaces
  • Sanitize machinery and all food production equipment to the highest standard
  • Consistently deliver high-quality results each shift

Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in cooler environments (-4°C)
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict time frames and quality standards
  • Great eye for detail and take pride in work and team
  • Enjoy doing physical and repetitive work and like to know what work is every day
  • Previous experience in a 24-hour FMCG environment working as a cleaner would be advantageous
