Job Title

Research Fellow Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Fellow to join our team. As a key member of our research group, you will play a vital role in conducting high-quality research and contributing to the advancement of our field.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a completed PhD in a relevant field and significant experience in mixed-methods research. You will be responsible for coordinating research projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Your expertise will also be crucial in collaborating with researchers, clinicians, and community partners to design and evaluate innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and contribute to ethics applications, research agreements, and data access processes.
  • Apply your expertise in mixed-methods research to design protocols, collect and analyse data, and publish high-quality research.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, including scheduling, resourcing, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and people with lived experience to codesign innovative solutions.
  • Ensure project milestones are delivered within timeframes and budgets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong track record in mixed-methods research, particularly in conceptualising research, writing protocols, and publishing findings. Your exceptional project management skills will enable you to manage costs, timelines, and resources effectively. Additionally, you will have high-level interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with researchers, clinicians, and community partners.
