Scientific Liaison Role

Our organization is expanding into Australia, creating a unique opportunity for an experienced medical affairs professional to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled Medical Science Liaison to play a pivotal role in pre-launch strategy and scientific engagement. This position will be part of a small, collaborative team that values patient-first mindset, scientific excellence, and a culture that encourages learning, development, and professional growth.

The successful candidate will have a degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field, preferably with postgraduate qualifications. Previous experience in medical affairs or as an MSL within the pharmaceutical industry is essential.

Key responsibilities include building strong partnerships with KOLs, leading pre-launch engagement, representing the company at scientific conferences, and using evidence-based communication to build advocacy and influence external decision-makers.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Therapeutic experience or interest in rare disease, neurology, immunology, rheumatology, or haematology
