Technology Strategy and Advisory Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our technology strategy and advisory efforts. As a key member of our Technology Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for developing visionary technology strategies, shaping transformative initiatives, and driving process and commercial improvements across the Technology function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with and advances the organization's business objectives.
  • Create and evolve domain-specific technology roadmaps that provide clear direction for future investments and capabilities.
  • Drive strategic decision-making processes that ensure technology initiatives deliver maximum business value.
  • Collaborate with technology leaders to optimize the operating model for efficiency, innovation, and scalability.
  • Identify transformation opportunities that leverage emerging technologies and innovative approaches.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment on technology priorities and resource allocation.
  • Provide thought leadership on technology trends and their potential impact on the business.
  • Develop frameworks to measure the effectiveness and ROI of technology investments.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Technology function.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years' experience in technology strategy, consulting, or similar roles.
  • Strong track record developing technology strategies and roadmaps.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive teams.
  • Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and transformation.
  • Excellence in executive communications and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in operating model design and optimization.
  • Understanding of technology trends and best practices.
