Job Title:

A leading organization seeks an accomplished privacy lawyer to provide expert legal counsel on privacy and data protection issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver authoritative legal guidance on complex privacy matters.

  • Develop, negotiate, and assess commercial agreements that include information law clauses.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating comprehensive data privacy and data processing agreements.
  • In-depth understanding of privacy law, specifically the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and related regulations.
