Restaurant Operations Manager Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Griffith, NSW.

This role involves assisting the Restaurant General Manager in creating a positive work environment for all team members.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing daily restaurant operations and leading high-performing teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to engage, lead and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal.
  • Valid driver's license and competent computer skills.
