As a key member of our Retail Banking Services team, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences and support our customers in achieving their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Build relationships with customers to understand their banking needs and preferences
- Provide expert advice on home loans, business banking, and financial services
- Educate customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
We are looking for individuals who have experience in delivering exceptional customer service, preferably in the finance or retail industry. You will possess excellent communication skills, be able to articulate financial terms clearly, and demonstrate a genuine interest in building a career with CommBank.
