Position Overview

Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Oversee team operations and manage daily activities essential for the successful execution of the grants application process.
  • Collaborate with the department on monitoring and performance discussions, including training and development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Grants Management Specialist:

  • Prior experience in grants management is highly desirable.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in providing sound advice to facilitate decision-making.
  • Effective team player, adaptable, and quick to grasp new information within operational frameworks.

Quality Assurance Officer:

Team Leader:

  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within a grants team or a relevant field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of grant application processes and best practices in grant management.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and effectively resolve complex issues.
