Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on grants, procurements, and contract management to support team strategies and forward planning.
  • Support the development and implementation of best practices in procurements and grants, ensuring value for money and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Manage grant processes and contribute to internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Actively participate in achieving team outcomes and delivering quality results.
  • Offer specialist authoritative advice on grants and procurements, ensuring compliance with legislative, financial, and administrative frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in grants within a Commonwealth Government environment.
  • Relevant qualifications or commensurate experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Commonwealth grant guidelines, processes, and best practices.
  • Sound understanding of Commonwealth procurement principles, processes, and best practices.

What We Offer:

A 12 month non-ongoing contract with potential for a 6 month extension, offering a competitive salary range of $98,575 - $108,492 + 15.4% super with an increase scheduled in March 2025.
