Job Description

The Global Head of Portfolio Solutions Operations is responsible for leading a team across multiple locations, overseeing Markets Operations Business lines including Client Onboarding, Data Maintenance, Financing Solutions, Foreign Exchange, Collateral, Treasury, and Regulatory Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Portfolio Solutions business across Sales Trading, Partnered Trading, and Transition Management.
  • Lead product expansion initiatives and establish operating models to support the business.
  • Oversee Portfolio Solutions Markets IT activities using global staff.
  • Assist in management of regulatory, reputational, and operational risk events.
  • Oversee ~30 FTEs across 6 locations, driving staff engagement and retention.
  • Oversee third-party vendor support ensuring adherence to Statements of Work and risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to drive transformation and deliver a global standardized operating model.
  • Maintain a strong risk and control environment across global teams.
  • Collaborate with Technology and other functions to drive process improvements.
