About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AWS Developer to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement technical solutions for data and grants calculations, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Present technical designs to various stakeholders and teams, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and technical notes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our technical solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud-native services, including AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, and AWS Step Functions.
  • Practical experience with AWS observability services, such as CloudWatch and X-Ray.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering practices, including microservices, DDD, and event-driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of integration patterns, protocols, and standards, including REST and JSON.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation using AWS CDK and Terraform.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design solutions accordingly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to write clear and comprehensive documentation for technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Master data management tools, such as MDS.
  • Working experience with AWS GLUE ETL and orchestration using AWS Lambda, S3, and Pyspark scripts.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory/Synapse Pipelines, Spark Notebooks, Stream Analytics, Azure Functions, and ADLS Gen2.
  • Comprehensive SQL, PowerBI, and DAX knowledge and experience.
  • Solid experience in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and TypeScript.
