As a Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications to meet business requirements.
- Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications to meet user requirements.
- Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using APIs, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Code Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Dynamics 365 applications.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development processes.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Dynamics 365 applications.
- Training: Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, etc.).
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of C#,.NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with Azure services and integrations.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Experience with software development frameworks and tools (e.g.,.NET, React, Angular).
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

What We Offer:
Competitive salary between 150,000-170,000 per annum plus Superannuation.
