As a Centre Manager, you will lead a team of educators and be responsible for ensuring the highest quality learning and care for children in our centre.

Our centre is modern and well-equipped, with a range of resources to support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing centre operations, complying with NQF standards, and mentoring staff using our Management System.

Strong relationships with families and the community are crucial through open days, tours, and orientation.

A Diploma-level or above Early Childhood qualification is required, as well as leadership skills and relevant working with children checks.

To excel in this role, you will need previous experience in administrative procedures, curriculum development, parent liaison, staff professional development, and training.
