Centre Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Centre Manager** to join the team at our **Toowoomba, Genius **childcare centre.

**Your new centre**:
The modern, purpose-built facilities set the scene for inspired learning every day. The children and educators have access to a range of resources that will support the children to develop their cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills.

We have a terrific outdoor play area for children to explore, a commercial kitchen, and a modern and inspired learning environment filled with resources to support the children's development, the classrooms are like a home away from home.

**Your new role**:

- Be responsible for managing the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQF
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team using the Genius Learning Management System to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care
- Build strong relationships with families and the community. Manage open days, centre tours and orientation that will help your centre actively attract, convert and retain families.
- Work with your educators to ensure your team is providing a quality program that evolving to meet the highest standards

**What YOU need**:

- Diploma-level or above Early Childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge within the Childcare industry
- Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- Previous experience with administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training
- Experience managing a budget for and Early Years Education Centre
