Our organisation is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to oversee the daily operations of our centre. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of professionals in providing high-quality services to vulnerable individuals.

About the Role

  1. Leading a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians, allied health workers, and administrative support staff

  3. Managing operational systems and developing staff through performance reviews and disciplinary action

You will require degree-level qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or other related health disciplines, as well as experience in managing complex planning and service development environments.
