About Us

We are dnata catering, a leading provider of inflight catering and retail services. Our company operates in 16 locations across 12 cities, employing over 4,500 people. We cater to many top airlines and local/international retail customers, producing 70 million meals annually.

As part of the Emirates Group, our parent company offers a range of services including ground handling, cargo, travel, and inflight catering and retail services. This ensures a smooth operation of the aviation industry.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organized individual to join our corporate team as a Chief Brand Strategist - Marketing and Communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that enhance our brand reputation and communications across the Asia Pacific business units.

The role involves translating business strategies into brand and reputation activities, delivering engaging internal communications, planning and creating content for various platforms, and managing media activities to maintain a positive public image.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to enhance the brand reputation and visibility across the APAC region.
  • Translate business strategies into actionable plans for brand and reputation activities.
  • Deliver engaging internal communications across multiple channels and distribution methods.
  • Plan and create content for various marketing and communications platforms.
  • Manage media activities to maintain a positive public image and enhance company visibility.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B model.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a geographically diverse business with a multi-cultural workforce of over 4,000 employees.
  • Strong design skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and track campaign results.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
