The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$120,000. About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, preparing budgets and forecasts, and developing and monitoring financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in managing financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
* Reparation of all financial information for the General Manager, Company, and Owners with accuracy and detail
* Develop and monitor all financial systems for the Hotel
* Engage with Department Managers to develop effective measures to enhance their department's profitability
* Liaising with statutory authorities, banks, auditors, suppliers, and vendors for relevant matters

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in accounting/finance, with supervisory experience
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
* Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred
