Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Ensure thorough understanding of menu and special offerings including dietary requirements
  • Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and venue/hotel offerings
  • Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use
  • Complete closing duties: store reusable goods, break down goods, clean equipment and areas, return equipment to proper locations, lock refrigerators, restock items, turn off lights, lock doors, and complete daily cleaning checklist
