Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Operations and Major Licences unit. As part of this role, you will oversee the management of diverse and complex programs of work, take responsibility for delivering multiple projects and operational workstreams, and lead stakeholder management and relationship building.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing operations, stakeholders or a complex program of work, preferably in a government context. Knowledge of gaming industry operations is highly desirable, as is a wealth of experience in the development of policy and regulatory instruments or previous work relating to implementation of reforms.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes and efficiency
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners and government agencies
  • Provide expert advice on policy and regulatory matters
