Game Attendant Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Game Attendant.

The Club is a premier dining complex situated in Caroline Springs, offering a family-friendly environment, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere for all to enjoy.

As a Game Attendant, you will be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and supporting the team to ensure compliance requirements are upheld at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
  • Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Maintain the gaming room to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • A current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
  • A current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
