Area Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our home care team in a dynamic environment. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage daily operations and provide high-quality services that enhance customer health and wellbeing.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced leader who thrives on tackling complex challenges and wants to make a real impact in their work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, assisting in providing care and services, and supporting customers' independence to stay at home.

  • Tertiary qualifications in management or healthcare
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in community, disability or aged care management or related programs
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work with financial performance indicators and deliver quality services
  • Experience with continuous quality improvement systems and projects
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a large team in a customer-focused environment
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity
