About the Position:

This key leadership position requires an experienced and skilled professional to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and drive quality services.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer health and wellbeing.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Closely collaborating with our Support Services office in NSW, this individual will be instrumental in driving growth and delivering high-quality services.

About You:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in community, disability, or aged care management or related programs.
  • An in-depth understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills, enabling the ability to work with key financial performance indicators and deliver quality services within budget constraints.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and implementing continuous quality improvement systems and projects.
  • A proven track record of leading large teams in customer-focused environments.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
