We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing expert safety and load management solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure personal and business safety at all times
  • Conduct thorough inspections of lifting equipment on and off-site
  • Perform maintenance and service repairs on products with precision and care
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Visit customer sites as required, utilizing your strong communication skills to resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and methodical approach to troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated experience in manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
  • Valid driver's license for DIDO requirements
  • Ability to work in physically demanding roles and at heights
  • Flexibility and availability to travel, with an adaptable attitude to meet changing needs
