As a Field Service Technician your responsibilities will include:

  • 100% commitment to personal and business safety
  • Testing of lifting equipment on and off-site inspections
  • Maintenance and service repairs on products
  • Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
  • DIDO to visit customer sites when and as required
  • Collaborating with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

What you will bring with you:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated experience in manufacturing - preferred but not essential
  • Valid driver's license - DIDO will be required
  • Ability to work in a sometimes physically demanding role and at heights
  • Flexibility and availability to travel. This is not a set roster due to us providing a service to our customers as and when they need.
