The role of Labor Optimization Manager involves overseeing the effective utilization of labor resources to drive sales and efficiency. This position requires a deep understanding of workforce management principles and the ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a labor strategy that maximizes the use of labor dollars to drive sales and efficiencies
- Ensure labor allocation underpins sales plan
- Create, manage, and update data used in monthly Field Labor Budgeting process
- Collaborate with peers to coordinate key inputs and outputs to/from Zebra/Reflexis Labor Tool
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a focus on finance or business
- 5 years experience in financial analytics with at least 3 in retail/labor operational analytics preferred
- Strong experience with Kronos, Zebra/Reflexis, and SAP Finance is a plus
