Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects while maintaining our safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools is essential.
In addition to your technical skills, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that all aspects of the project are clearly defined and communicated to stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that all projects are delivered without major issues or setbacks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the water or wastewater industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
