About the Role

As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Listing, marketing and selling properties
  • Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current and future needs
  • Participating in branch business development programs
  • Achieving targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising
  • Ensuring personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
  • Working with the Elders team to explore new innovative opportunities for clients

Your Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Local real estate industry experience and associated influences
  • The ability to appraise properties and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties
  • A current driver's licence and a valid Real Estate licence (essential)
  • Strong real estate marketing skills
  • An understanding of Real Estate Legislation
  • Excellent communication, organizational, negotiation and client relationship skills
  • A keen eye for detail with advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working as a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
  • Resourcefulness, forward thinking and an ability to embrace technology
  • A strong network in your community and a passion for working with people
