Experienced Settlements and Office Admin Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced Settlements and Office Admin Assistant to join our team. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on administrative skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in Customer Service, Financial Services or in a previous settlements position. They will be highly meticulous with detail and accuracy, able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and have strong processing skills with a focus on accuracy.
The role involves reviewing and processing incoming loan contracts accurately, identifying discrepancies with customer documentation and information provided, ensuring compliance with the customer's Service Level Agreement, entering data to ensure seamless settlement and set ups with lenders, communicating with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries, liaising with sales consultants regarding their queries, communicating issues with settlement documents to internal and external stakeholders, and having a good understanding of credit policy and cross-training in this area to be proficient in credit.
