Chief Governance Officer

You will be responsible for leading the internal audit program, enhancing governance and performance across the organization.
- This includes contributing to strategic planning and risk/compliance activities.
About the Responsibilities:
- Ensure audits comply with relevant standards and frameworks.
About You:
- A tertiary qualification in a field such as accounting or commerce is required.
- Membership with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), CPA Australia, or Chartered Accountants ANZ is also necessary.
- Demonstrated experience in leading internal audit functions within large organizations is expected.
