About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ESG Analyst to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

  • Utilize proprietary assessment frameworks to evaluate ESG factors for securities.
  • Conduct thorough research to support the use of positive and negative screening in investment products.
  • Support thematic research programs and engagement activities with issuers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a business-related field, postgraduate qualifications in environment or social policy, and 2-3 years of experience in sustainability or ESG-related issues.

Strong analytical and research skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential. A collaborative mindset and passion for driving positive change are also required.
