Leadership Opportunity

A passionate and motivated individual is sought to lead and inspire at our Como service. Fostering a strong sense of community, inclusion, and belonging is key in our organisation.

Develop leadership skills and learn to manage the day-to-day operations of a small, community-based service with the support of a dedicated and experienced management team.

About the Role

Coordinate engaging programs for children aged 5-12 years in Before School, After School, and Vacation Care.

Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community.

Lead a small team and support a high-quality, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

What You'll Need

No formal qualifications are required. To be successful in this role you must have:

- Experience working in OSHC or a similar childcare environment.

- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive.

- A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required (or willingness to obtain before commencement):

- Current Working with Children Check (Employee).

- Child Protection Training (mandatory).

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training (HLTAID012 or equivalent).
