About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Insights Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To synthesize complex data from multiple sources and identify key insights that can improve care for elderly Australians and individuals living with dementia.
- To design, develop and maintain comprehensive Business Intelligence dashboards and reports using PowerBI, R, Flourish, and Excel.
- To collaborate closely with dementia and aged care experts to gain deeper understanding of client needs and preferences.
- To produce high-quality outputs and presentations that cater to diverse stakeholder groups.
Your Impact
As part of the Dementia Centre team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the effectiveness of Australia's nationally run Dementia Support Australia program. Your contributions will shed light on the lives of people living with severe dementia and contribute to meaningful improvements in their care and support.
What You'll Need:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, R, Flourish, and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
